2. Scope of Services

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in CAD and payable by credit card or bank transfer prior to delivery of the selected service, product, or good. Specific payment schedules for legal services will be detailed in engagement letters.

4. Scheduling and Delivery

4.1 Legal Services: Appointments may be scheduled or rescheduled upon mutual agreement. If necessary, you may defer a booked session to a later date, subject to availability.

4.2 Information Products: Delivery occurs via email or online portal within 24 hours of payment.

4.3 Goods: Physical shipments are dispatched within 5 business days and tracked to your address.

5. Refund Policy

Lexentiadora offers a tiered refund policy depending on the offering:

5.1 Refunds for Legal Services

If you cancel a scheduled consultation at least 48 hours before the appointment, you will receive a full refund of any prepaid session fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable due to resource allocation.

If a package of services is terminated by you after initiation, unused hours may be refunded pro rata. Hours already delivered cannot be refunded.

You may request to defer a booked legal session once, without penalty, provided you notify us at least 72 hours prior to the appointment.

5.2 Refunds for Information Products

Digital products are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of download and provided no significant portion has been accessed or consumed. To request a refund, contact us via our contact form with your order details.

5.3 Refunds for Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. You bear return shipping costs unless the item was defective. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

5.4 Non-Refundable Offerings

Certain expedited legal reviews or custom drafting services are expressly non-refundable due to the immediate dedication of specialist resources and tailored work. Such non-refundable status will be clearly stated in the service description and engagement agreement.

6. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted at lexentiadora.com. Continued use of our offerings after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexentiadora’s liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service or product giving rise to a claim.
